So what do you expect will happen when you show up for work at your first job?

Is my English really that bad? I thought my sister was kidding but you're not the first on who said something I apologize. Maybe My sister was right it has been along time my English is getting a little rusty. My own native tongue that is the sad part. Well if you don't use it I guess you lose it. Please tell me I got that one right! Hopefully I figured the forums prove to my sister but I was wrong. I do apologize to everyone I am not an idiot well maybe. I forgot my own native tongue. I promise eventually I hope I get it.
No need to apologize. You haven't offended anybody. Just sayin', you know?

I don't understand? I have been promoted I now work about 40 hours a week in my office at home. as long I have internet I don't need anything else. It is pain that in my contract i am open 24hrs a day. On call does suck but it is a lot better than my last job when I was in college. Kroger manager told me I will make nothing since I have no people skills. I make 197,000 dollars a month after taxes. I am hired on as computer programmer contractor with an international company for about 4 years now. They signed me for another year which is awesome. although i get eaten alive on taxes if i make another promotion hopefully they hire me on but its cheaper not to be signed on since they don't have to pay for medical.

It is okay! My sister fusses at me constantly for it but I am paying for her children and her she doesn't have much leg to stand on. It is hard I can read it but I deal with computer language or Japanese for 40 hrs a week for work you just forget. All my friends all speak Japanese at my house that sadly I never use it. It took me months embarrassingly watching seasame street and watching TV than I started remembering. It is hard if you don't use it everyday you forget. My sister does have a point since I live in Kentucky I should be better. Months back someone ask me something in Kroger's I didn't understand what they were talking about I just put my food in basket then pay with card. I do have to admit i stopped wearing earphones to the grocery or bringing friends to force myself to interact. I know on the brand names I never really sit there long i know what thing are. soda is soda meat is meat you don't have to know the language to figure out a box of cheerios.

Nearly 2.5 million per year after taxes? Unbelievable. I wouldn't worry about grammar or spelling or syntax if you can pull that off without it.

That is not including I pay my own healthcare and my child's. I have lupus and epilepsy. Do you know how much seizure meds are? I do have insurance does not cover everything. Than mortgage and everything else. I get taxes every three months not yearly. I never seen million dollars in my life. I take care of my sister and her two kids. I have tiny 3 bedroom house with basement but Even i have debt. My friends are Asian they get money to go to school. I am white from middle class family. Loans come with the territory. I had 4.0 average all i got was a tiny little pale grant.

Pell Grants are not for middle-class students. They are for the poor and the nearly poor. Sorry to learn that you have lupus. Must be awful.

no pale as john s pale.....its a special grant from the foundation. pale not pell. I think its spelled pale. phale maybe thats it. Its cause by my father being a veteran and my grandfather both decorated. Its type of grant that can be given to children for money for college IF you meet the requirements. which are strict and it only paid two semesters. Its from the VA fund which thanks to the economy that is on hold. They shut down a lot of things. I am lucky i went to college early and thanks to my grandfather i even got any money. You wouldn't believe all the restrictions to even get such a thing. To get small amount money didn't even cover books.

If i was black or Asian I would of got free ride or if my father was rich. Scholarships well there is not much out there not much money to go around. Lupus it has it up's and downs but my medication makes me tired a lot. Overall I caught it early. With proper treatment some reach to be 80 years old. Not like what it use to be but with anything you catch it early most things turn out good.

Homeschooling equals less school shootings and less pregnant tweens. Of course it can lead to Vitamin D deficiencies.

Home schooling is great for creating socially inept buffoons. Maybe you can go to Juniors first job as well then hold their hand and cut the crusts off of their PB&J, make sure the coffee isn't too hot and no makes fun of poor junior.

Where did you come up with that number? I'm so proud of my homeschooled girls. One is successfully attending bloomsburg and the other has a full time job since she was 18. She will be 21 in a few months. It all depends in the discipline involved with their education. You as a parent need to be involved.
