Why not put a city tax on wine, beer, and hard liquor?

And, what about those fattening donuts, cupcakes, apple pies, and Twinkies?

I suspect there will be a booming trade in illegal,
untaxed sodas; another. a field day for entrpreneurs.

Wjy not ask the fat cats who retired so handsomely on city $$$$to donate some of their retirement loot to city coffers?
