MY TAKE
If all things were equal we might be able to understand how the BIG keep getting BIGGER.

But that is not the case and most by now understand that the Federal Courts have been rigged that the BIG can keep getting BIGGER.

Chapter 11 Bankruptcy was once a place that the little creditors could get a fair shake but that is not the case today.

Read the entire Article then you like me might see that the painters, electricians, suppliers of paper products, small computer geeks and many others not able to hire BIG TIME LAWYERS will all take a hit.
