It's not the libraries job to house or help the homeless, I'm amazed how many are there charging there cell phones on the external electrical outlets.
I'll never get the humanitarian award but homeless are like squirrels the more you cater to them the more will come. It may give everyone a warm and fuzzy when you helping them but they harass people and cause problems all around town.
We shouldn't be putting out a welcome sign for the homeless.
