All of the VNCH/NGUY people I have met had this mentality:

1. Buy low, sell high. They don't want to produce or contribute to the society in the same way the Germans do.

2. Borrow to invest, if they succeed, they pay back. Then they borrow some more. If they fail, they file bankruptcies.

They are the main causes for all the bad debts, toxic loans in Vietnam.

The VNCH/NGUY people are so corrupted. If you put them in any position of power, they will exploit the power to do harm to others, to rip off.

The scary part is, even when the VNCH/NGUY people had no power, they are still so corrupted. LoL. They always try to cheat, rip off, buy low, sell high, file bankruptcies, cheat taxes.

When I was in college, the VNCH/NGUY students threatened to kill me when I refused to help them cheating the required Advanced Physics class.
