Restoring bankruptcy to private student loans would help bring sanity back to lending practices. Less crazy loan schemes to finance educational costs, more pressure on stopping the run away inflation in education. Supply and demand will take care of that. In a healthy economy, individuals are saving and spending, which produces economic activity. In a sick economy, too many people are overextended in debt.
