A few. Most are waiting to see if the company ever gets around to offering any type of severance. But, the longer they wait to offer anything the more people will leave for other things. It will be a living hell for those left at the end. I can only imagine how bad things would be if Quad was not such an employee and family friendly company.

Not that many. Most are looking forward to drawing unemployment and sitting on their ass for a while. Especially with the awesome severance package we're sure to get.

<quoted text>I'm glad it's finaly over here.Tired of having to think about it everyday.I've moved on and so will other's.But what are you going to do fool.Since Quad took over, so many title's have left just because it's Quad an no other reason.Elle just went to Brown to get away from Quad.Worldcolor had them for almost 30 year's.Quad had hem for how long less than 2.They were not the first to leave because of it just being Quad. Not mad just glad it's over.Worldcolor will always be a better printing company than Quad. But the same in one way, both had, an have a cock sucker for President.Good day to all!!!
They purposely let some titles go by not underbidding contracts... some WC jobs are priced crazy low, which is how WC got the work to begin with. Underbidding to get work and keep presses rolling was part of WC's problem that got them in trouble.

yep. keeping the presses rolling and people working. luckily Quad came along to save us from the practice of keeping the presses rolling. i feel so much better knowing that Quad was decent enough to lay off several thousand people so they wouldn't feel bad for just keeping the presses rolling.
