The whole area is sinking under the weight of taxes. How are blue collar workers suppose to come up with $8,000/yr property tax? Time to claw back the public sector pensions and benefits.

Time to acknowledge that voters made a second mistake in granting the incompetent Obama yet an additional term in office.

Chapter 11 is a way for business to reorganize and be stable again. It doesn't mean they close down. They are open for business while getting a plan to make them successful again. We can all help them on the list in the article by patronizing their business. These are tough times and we all must stick together. None of us want to lose any local business.

We have gone to the Midtown Grill for years. A nice family place with friendly workers and a nice selection of food. It's a mainstay on Main Avenue. We should all patronize the place a little more so they can get back up there. You'll meet nice people too and they deliver!
