Holy S#!+... This BK thing is serious... OK, AA execs got out of the leases for planes and facilities they were paying for and not using. The turned the lives of employees upside down taking another billion and change from them for the 2nd time in a decade. Thousands took early retirements as opposed to being laid off. But now they are selling off the totally useless perks too. Wow this really is bare bones... I can't imagine staying in a 5 star hotel when visiting LON now. WITH COMMONERS. Oh the humanity? Do they get to keep some of the other houses worth not as much that didn't make the news? Brutal, simply brutal. It's okay guys, with the layoffs some of your long time employees will be left homeless too.

A good start in showing AA wants to reduce costs. Now let them trim the fat in upper and middle management to really show they are serious in emerging from #11 lean and mean. Those high salaries will go a long way in reducing costs and streamlining the decision making process.
