Detroit retirees should be thrown under the bus just like the stock and bond holders of GM stock & bonds were.

nothing special about retires , there is no money left so they get thrown out let them live on social security or get a real job in the private sector economy. heck obozo created all them high paying jobs there should be enough to go around for all those retirees.

there isn't enough money on the planet to bail everyone out of everything. so get a life and stop whining already.

you sound like the Detroit negros always whining complaining about something.........

Some pensioners are 90 years old and one is 100. Police don't pay into social security. One size answer does not fit all in reality.

If the State law says they have to pay the pensioners than pay them. Give them an IOU and pay them when you have the money. Even if this takes 50 years to get paid.
