They stole the tuition and endowment money, then tried to raise more money by recruiting students AFTER filing bankruptcy.
Why hasn't the Att. General thrown out the word "embezzlement" yet?
Right now parties on both sides are throwing out tidbits to see what will stick.
The Rusk paper and Tyler crap won't even report at all.
Only a mattter of time before the whole LMC scandal implodes.
Don't expect to read about it.
The justices will probably hide the judgments.
