Ecuador to Develop Infrastructure
Quito, Jan 4 The Ecuadorian government will begin to build this year the greatest infrastructure projects planned in the country's history, according to a report by Andes, the national news agency.

Yes, lets build another hydro electric plant. There isn't enough water for the plant they have now! Yet, just off the coast 1.5 miles down in the ocean is a thermal vent that could have been used to power most of the country instead of once again relying on yet another hydro electric plant WITHOUT WATER! None in the past, none now, and maybe none in the near future!!!
