Ecuador seeks new deal with foreign drillers
Ecuador, OPEC's smallest member, is ready to propose paying foreign oil companies to extract oil following service-contract negotiations, Mines and Oil Minister Galo Chiriboga said.

That's a bad deal for foreign companies.
Ecuador government is a socialist regime. Foreign companies should not be helping to build a socialist regime.
At the end, Ecuador will take over and nationalize any foreign company at its will, and based on some hypocritical reason.
President Correa is not a person that we can trust, ever.

President Correa has not produced any new jobs or raised the standard of living for his people. imported goods and in country taxes, which are better than 12% keep his people in poverty!!
Taking 99% of the profits from any oil company will not produce any investments into Ecuador!!

Seems that any government not in the pocket of corporations or the US is considered socialist.
