What is the real reazon of not exploring the crude?
Well, there is an strong possibility that the main cause is that local residents where the crude is located, are opposed to its exploration, simply because they do not get a single benefit fron it.
The fact is at the present time, indigenous people are in direct contact and negotiations with public officials about water distribution and crude. Local habitants are suffering from skin diseases, from water, plants and animals contaminations related to oil waste and residuous left on the soil and waters.
