How many sob stories can this paper churn out about this incident? Is anything else happening in the world? What happened to the Greater Depression? Did it go away? BTW, is the rest of the family here legally? If not, will they be deported along with the carcass?

Is the IRS involved in this? Seems he had enough money to build a house back home. There may be some back taxes that can be collected. We can make some lemonade out of this lemon of a story.

Why is Ecuador so interested in a Long Island immigrant. Is there something Newsday neglected to mention?

Let's see one of Ecuador's sons working and sacrificing for years' to help his family, planning to return home soon... is violently stabbed and KILLED by 7 XENOPHOBIC PUNKS!... I'd say this is INTERESTING!

Enough with this story already!
He's dead and not coming back.
Yes it's sad but life goes on and I'm sure there are plenty of other news stories that should be reported.

You are so right. If he listened to his mother and went home he would still be alive but no, he had to pay $8000 to a coyote to smuggle him here. Why didn't he just save his money and stay there? Enough with this story.

If he wasn't here legally then the rest of his family aren't either. This paper is great for the bottom of my birds cage.

I'm sure a family of 16 can live on $8K for at least 12 years in Ecuador.

For all we know, this upstanding illegal was waving his tongue at passing women saying "Here chika, here chika", while grabbing his crotch. You can witness this behavior yourself wherever these turd worlders congregate. Really, go down to the corner 7/11 and watch them for a few minutes. Why should we tolerate the government that allows this to continue?

Yeah, they're real classy. Yesterday I witnessed one taking a dump in the bushes in front of a doctors office in Southampton. He didn't even wipe. True story.

Oh yes they're real classy, LMAO. They come here illegally, that's the first law they break. Then they don't pay into the system, they get free schooling and health care on our tax dollars, they go to the bathroom anywhere they feel like it, they live 30+ in one house, they rape, rob and murder Americans, take jobs from Americans that Americans used to do and would still do but not for low wages. They make perverted gestures to our young girls, they're dirty, they smell bad, and they turn every community they invade into 3rd world toilets, yeah real classy. I'm sick and tired of everything being in Spanish, WTF? They want to come here, do it legal, learn the language, pay for their own schooling & medical bills and behave like human beings. If not, leave, and the ones who aren't here, stay there in your own country.
