Dear Zuri, did you take the train from Quito up into the Ruta de los Vulcanos? What a GREAT ride this is if you can catch it. When I did it the price was $3.50 round trip. The train pulled out of Quito and stopped so we could all climb up to the roof for a breath taking, beautiful ride to Cotopaxi! Thanks for the link too! I hope you'll write again soon.
