I havea settlement offer of $10,000 aand do not know if i should take it. they have me as prediagnosis with no documention to supporting it.
1st time diagnosis category are getting $69,000 but I really can't find any one taking on cases

After having read the horror stories that this drug has caused too many innocent people, I am very scared. My hope is that, even though this drug has helped alot of people, someone will stand up to this giant pharmaceuutical and shout that enough is enough, They have added insult to injury to too many people. I hope they are charged with assault and in some cases, manslaughter, especiallly by those who were given this medication, like myself, off label. As far as I'm concerned, they can give me back my health and keep their blood money. Barring that, they should be held accountable and other pharmaceutical companies should learn from Lilly's stupidity, that

greed does not pay. The attorney general should be furious about this and should be doing more for the people who were injured, and in some cases killed by this drug. Until something drastic is done, companies will continue to do this and people, like myself will just continue to be considered collateral damage.
