I heard the studies done with Omega pills showed nothing? Your a Doctor--do
a better job explaining your thesis. Your in Marin--not Omaha. |

Well, since you "heard" something, it must be true. Please educate us - and in the process perhaps explain your alternative grammatical techniques ("your" - I think you mean "you're")

Cost-co sells about 3 different omega-3 supplements under the Kirkland brand. Which one was Dr. Ballard referring to?
|
||||
|
They sell fish oil supplements that have no fishy-taste. Nordic Naturals is one.

I used to take fish oil caps, but switched to fresh pressed flax oil that is refrigerated at all times. I take one tablespoon per day and have been for the past 5 years. When taking blood tests, my doctor told me what ever I am doing is working well, and to keep it up. I also take a host of other anti-oxidants every day, they are :
Microhydrin, a powerful antioxidant Grapeseed extract Lutien Ginger Holy Basil Tumeric Saw Pometto Lycopene Vitamin B 50 and a chewable multi vitamin, all the above I take daily, and a take Dry E twice weekly. All these vitamins and antioxidants cost me about $100 per month, but since I quit paying Kaiser $500 per month for nothing, I can afford to take what I need to stay healthy. Also I have a series of arobic exercises I do every day, about 12 different ones for back, ankles and knees. During the 30 years that I was paying Kaiser, I might have went to see a doctor 5 times for minor things, so all that money I was paying to the corporations was not necessary in my case, but that may not be true for everybody. The AMA, CODEX and insurance corporations do not want people to know about vitamins, anti oxidants and special exercises. They want everyone to pay insurance corporations and take pills like painkillers, cholesterol lowering drugs, sleep aids, muscle relaxers, anti inflammatory drugs, antacids, anti depressants and on and on. Pharmaceuticals are a multi billion dollar industry, and so is medical insurance. I decided to opt out of the whole scam, have saved (NOT SPENT) 10's of thousands of dollars and feel more healthy than when I was 30 years old. |

If you're going to correct a poster; get it right idiot--the contraction you're is "you are". Plus the poster is right. The Dr. was talking out of his arse, and didn't do his homework. He is still trying to explain what he was smoking when writing that editorial on fish tablets. I'm glad I will never have to go to Kaiser. I guess they do hire C students? |

He was wrong, but you're an idiot if you take fish
tablets. I can accept grammatical errors, but errors in logic coming from an MD is atrocious. How do "you" people afford to live in Marin? I've never seen more gullible individuals who care more about grammar than the truth. Note to Dr. Ballard-- a real doctor is giving lectures on 810 am 1:00-2:00-- please listen. |
