Doctor's Office Raided

The office of Dr. Daniel Fearnow was raided this afternoon and he has been charged in a 12 count indictment charging him with illegally issuing prescriptions.

I didn't know god was a person. I wonder who his doctor is.

Why does the DEA only follow up on certain complaints. I complained about a doctor in this area who writes schedule II, III and IV drugs on a regular basis and they did nothing. I think if they really wanted to stop doctors from doing this they could, but it means they would have to do a little work.... I'm glad to see at least one doctor is not writing these prescriptions anymore. Let's get the rest of them and then maybe our streets would be a little safer.

OUCH! First Dr. Wickman, and now his substitute, Dr. Fearnow are in civil/criminal trouble.

This may dstroy the practice. What a shame for staff, patients and families.

suspend him from practice pay a fine.tell the cops to focus on more important crimes!

There HAS to be more to this story- some extenuating circumstance that might explain the writing of these perscriptions. This is a fine man with a wonderful family! Could this be some type of a frame? I cannot believe this is really true! Perhaps someone else has control of one of his prescription pads-

Report the doctor again, in writing, follow up with the state licensing board and the feds.

Nope, Drs. are needed in prisons, too.

Is this Dr. Fearnow's first brush? Dr. Wickman turned out to have a long history of 'sex addiction', hornballis maximus superior.

How many more Doctors are out there doing the same thing. If we have to get cold medicine from behind the counter and sign for it, why not make scheduled meds the same way. Report of each Dr. sent to Nashville on a monthly basis, that is what they do with the cold med sign sheets to check for mulitple buys.

I know a doctor who needs to be reported but I don't know who to report to. He writes perscriptions like giving out candy.

I can't imagine investing my time and money to become a licensed physician, just to end up throwing it all away to engage in criminal activity. How incredibly stupid!
