<quoted text>Hey Roximan, you seem to be well informed on the pain managment problem patients like me are having. I recently lost my pain managment DOC. When I went in for my visit, everything was crazy at the office. I had all my meds cut and now I need to find a DOC that will treat me. Do you know of any in the So. Fla West Palm area, that I might contact for continued care. Everywhere I have been looking or calling around to inquire, just has negative vibes, a bizilion questions. I don't know whereee to turn.
HELP!!!!!!
Thanx

Jenny D,

Why don't you just get his phone number. Nobody cares about your personal life on the boards. That's why nobody has posted, because you make it boring.

UPDATE:

Doctor's trial starts on June 10th. He has been in custody since his arrest from what I last heard.

He faces 20-40 years.

Of course,

There are many of us that just believe he is pure innocent.

Take care

The underlying philosophy of the cowards and sociopaths of the DEA is that it is better for 1000 patients to suffer than one addict manage to deceive a doctor. 70,000 oxys is not that much but I bet their press release made it seem that this compassionate doctor was nothing more than a drug dealer. The DEA is a totally out of control agency practicing medicine without a license. I urge everyone to write your representatives and urge defunding the DEA. It has become a repository for testosterone fueled sociopaths!

Jaybee, I agree with you the only sad part is that writing our representatives will do nothing. Waste of time and paper. Not only the DEA have too much power. All of our rights have been slowly stripped away. The only thing that might change things would be a people would get together and have HUGE protesting, and/or riots (for lack of a better word) against the government... Some countries don't let the government push their citizens around like the good old USA... Not that I don't like this country. I don't like what this country is becoming...

This creep doctor sold oxys to my son. My son is in treatment. I hope this doctor stays in a cell for many many years.
How old is your son, five? Is he not responsible and/or accountable for his own actions? Oh, I forgot that most parents aren't teaching that anymore. What if your child killed someone with a gun? Is it then the gun makers fault? These things will always be available to us, the choices are ours to make. FREE WILL...ain't it a bitch!

I was never going to chime in on the issue, however there are alot of bs statement by 'patients' of bamdad on this site/blog. I went to bamdad, for the same reason most people did. However, I do think that alot of his patients will be hurt. See bamdad's office was set up like, he allowed his legit patients to set up appointments, etc., and on them, he would accept insurance, and for people he thought he could account for having legit pain, e.g. dude with MRI/surgery, etc., he would let them pay with credit card. However, most of us were part of his 'daily limit,' in which he would, for $150 for oxycontin, or $200 or oxy, norco, and xanax, write you a script. You had to pay in cash, and you had to be one of the first 20 people that day. He only did these "$150/$200" 'things' for 20 people per day, thinking it would keep it low profile. I am also suprised though that they only got down so hard on bamdad, he worked with a few pharmacies, e.g. the one that EVERYONE of his patients went to was run by these asians up the street.
either way, yes bamdad was doing what is alleged; however, there is no way he should go to jail for 40 years. i think he should loose his ability to practice in the US, despite the fact that loved him for obvious reasons, but that is only fair. If a doctor is caught doing what he is doing, they should be punished. Its a rough game, you have to be smart. Bamdad was smart a few years ago in where he had his limit at 8 per day, but went it got up to 20, I knew this would happen eventually. im just a little worried about my medical records being with the dea.

when you go into his office hes like (to almost everyone)

"who are you"

"your a drug addict"

"ok your not, you sure you want to keep taking these"

"what do you need (to help"

while what he was doing was legally wrong, i think he had good intentions with alot of the people, despite definetly getting greedy and taking the money on alot of them. i mean anytime your in his office, its full of dope fiends, and while your waiting for 2 hours to get in, there are like 4-5 patients outside smoking cigarettes. it was obvious what was going on, but fucked up hes going to jail. i think his orginal intentions should be examined, despite getting out of hand.

ya i also hate the arguement "that creep dr. gave my kids oxys." despite being true, your kid had the ability to have connections with someone deep 'in the know' and then he actively sought our dr. bamdad, on his own, with the original intention of 'scamming the dr. for drugs,' but then we he got there he did have to scam him, but that was your sons intention. hes no devoid of blame, dont put it all on bamdad. he provided a service for us people that wanted it.
plus, there is NO way your son thinks hes a creep if he prescribed him oxys
