It's nothing to do with individual dealers and the gear being stamped on.

I'm saying that 35 - 40% heroin , in the sense of a drug that made you euphoric and gowch (before 2009-10), no longer exists in Western Europe and never will. It is now 3 -5%.
That's all I know for sure at this moment. I can't comment on heroin substitutes as I haven't pursued them.

The gear is fine when it leaves holland, dont take my word for it just think about it. The importers are not going to buy 3% pure. Why fill up space with something that is 97% shit. The importers are not users they want rid to the manc and scouse firms who prey on the vulnerability of users and bash the fcuk out of it. It's a joke. And if the government legalised or at least de-criminalised all drugs, it would eliminate a lot of problems.
It works in Potugal and some of the drug services in the UK ( Trafford ) Manchester being one, by giving long term users and habitual crimnals Diamorphine ampules reduces harm to the users and stops them commiting crime to fund their habits, but they claim it is to expensive ( bullsh@t )
