I have been dealing with someone for a good few months, and paid for next day delivery as usual 6 days ago.

Since then I have heard nothing back at all and I know he has replied to someone else asking to buy. So its clearly a case of being ignored.

But how long do you give someone who was legit to get in contact before you accept that they turn rogue?

Ill just goto the police and tell them all I know. It is not illegal to buy drugs but illegal to sell them. So I have nothing to loose in that regard apart from some payback.

I appreciate that mate, but I always do my side of the deal. Straight up payment, done. Dealt with 9 people on topix over the last 2 years. Never a single problem. Not a sample hunter, I just pay and get goods in return.

Even though its been 6 days, and I know he is ignoring my emails yet taking orders, I am giving the guy still benefit of the doubt.

I will not say who it is at this time until I am sure I am scammed, but I have made a note on his thread as a grey for other people to be warned of my situation.

I will never grass a dealer, but sending your money to someone to get ignored and no goods, thats not being a dealer, thats being a thief.

Haha, it's not illegal to buy drugs? Please let me know what the police said when you say to them 'I've been buying drugs for several months off of someone on the Internet and I want you to go and arrest him.' and Mr Trade Bond is correct, you should not grass or you'll find it difficult to find another vendor willing to sell to you, and furthermore you have blatantly said that's what you will do and the guy has your address. Not a good way to deal with it at all.

Very well said! Very well said!
Incredible the amount of people that just don't seem to get the fact that scoring is a crime, not just selling them. They do say ignorance is bliss,.,.,., and these are ignorant.
Like you say, the guy will not get served again with an attitude like that and if anyone does serve him after this then more fool them. Not just the users that think this forum brings diplomatic immunity, the dealers on here seem genuinely surprised when johnny law reaches his arm around them.
A wise man taught me that people are generally judged by the company they keep and treated accordingly, the police force a prime example. Also even the police despise grasses, they use grasses but when you're of no further use to them and have no info for them they will drop you like the heaviest stone in the world.

kts

PS saying that the amount of police, journalists and blue giro boys and girls are all over this site anyhow and dealers are grassing themelves up simply by advertising on here, the online equivalent of having a meet in the carpark of a police station underneath the sarge's open window. quite a few people been busted since the start of the new year alone, both buyers and sellers and in some cases very petty amounts of "soft" drugs.

Just as a side note, an old University friend of mine who ended up one of the pigs in London confirmed to me that buying is not a crime unless of course you are buying an amount which would put you at risk of possession with intent to supply. In which case you would be done for that, the same way as your dealer.

Small amounts of contraband can be removed from a person at the officers discretion but he is not aware of anyone serving a custodial sentence for personal use. Especially in the case of hard drugs.

KTS_orb no offence but you are far too paranoid. Are you aware that 7 months ago in Liverpool a guy got busted with a weed factory in Walton and served 10 hours community service?

Does that not help put it into perspective?

To the OP, for the same reason, you are opening a can of worms. It is best for you to just wait until your sure you are scammed and put it here for all of us to see.

No offense but you probably looked like a ned mate. The fact you were carrying so little was just a bonus.

I was done at Carslisle station one Xmas with an half OZ in a tupperware box. Bloody police dogs, I just got it taken off me.

In either case when I say "done" I mean nothing happened. Did you go to court or something?

Hmm, I wouldn't want to be in your shoes when you're charged for possession AND impersonating a police officer...

A technicality, most ppl that get caught scoring are in possession and in cases like this the police will be watching and can twist it. Technically passing a spliff to a mate is possession with intent to supply. Just going to score can land you a conspiracy charge and if you're caught scoring then you're very unlucky and have already scored, in which case that is possession right there, or close to someone who is being watched and they have decided to include you in the case, which is a possible conspiracy depending. If it is "pre-scoring" you're on about then it is a pre-meditated and if you go ahead with the transaction you are in possession are you not? There are so many angles and just as many loopholes. Just because some laws aren't enforced all the time doesn't mean they aren't there.
If it is so legal to score drugs why do people start flapping about controlled deliveries? Why when someone gets busted does everyone who "scored" of the person that was busted start flapping about their details on the busted person's computer etc? Sus law in back, just under a different name.

I agree that anyone with any experience or a half decent brief will have any silly attempted charges dropped concerning scoring but personally I find life is easier when you don't have to worry about such things.

kts

PS I take it nobody has heard of the word "blackmail" before.

Like Uncle Ben said, wouldn't like top be in your shoes when the police do turn up. Possession, fraud, impersonating a police officer and acting mad. You may get a holiday in a hotel for the criminally insane. Let us know how you get on.
