ADVICE please - Best BENZ0/DRUG for SLEEP?

Yeah mirtazepine is good for sleep althouh if your dose isnt right yoi get "the jolts" when falling asleep which consist of you literally jumping out of your skin juuuust as your about to.drift off... This usually happens 4-5times buts its fucking annoyin lol

Xanax is good to knock you out although i find a much better quality of sleep from vals -*temazepams* what u want if u dont want the groggy hangover of zopiclone but good luck finding a reliable source if any at all :)

Carefull with the 45mg mirtazapine they will knock you out allright but i was still monged out the next day.Even went grocery shopping in the morning and could barely rem being there?.Still it was very interesting to see what i had bought in the afternoon as i bought totally dif food ect to my usual weekly shop he-he..
To think i even drove there with very little recolection!.Nitrazapam or zopiclone don,t have so much of a hangover effect n/d for me anyhow but i suppose everyones different.Maybe 15mg mirtazapine would be a better dose next time lesson learned lol!!"

half hr to 45 minutes 3 times a week hard gym work mon-wed-fri or similar on/off split and you will sleep solidly for 7 nights.

i will offer any advice free on excercises, technique, gyms, equipment, diets, gettomg started etc. the gym is the only thing that steered me away from a life of crime and either prison or more likely death. the body is meant to be exercised quite rigourously you get such a natural buzz from the endorphin erlease ir beats substance abuse.

Nothing is more beneficial to any individual than excercise.

Maintaining fitness levels does wonders for confidence and self esteem also.
