If you have'nt already you need to talk to your GP. It's sounds like a bad phobia. he might suggest councelling, I don't think medication would help but perhaps talking about it may. good luck

“We are going to die, and that makes us the lucky ones. Most people are never going to die because they are never going to be born. The potential people who could have been here in my place but who will in fact never see the light of day outnumber the sand grains of Arabia. Certainly those unborn ghosts include greater poets than Keats, scientists greater than Newton. We know this because the set of possible people allowed by our DNA so massively exceeds the set of actual people. In the teeth of these stupefying odds it is you and I, in our ordinariness, that are here.”

We die, then we die. It's inevitable, you can't stop it.
Everything happens for a reason.
Talk it out, you'll feel better.

Dying is just another chapter.
Hope you manage to deal with your worries :-)

Cbt works for some ppl.
I have horrific panic attacks where im running and screaming and can't controll the fear that's with me all the time. I smoked brown to make it go away but that just ruined my life. Downers work.
weed makes me have panic attacks increase for weeks after
So does pills etc
IF U have a good 2cb experience it can stop for ages, U can leave drugs on a bad experience and keep getting fearfull flashbacks...
Ice had fear since v v early age. Doubting religious answers and was screaming since I was v young.
Got diagnosis of transgender issues, abuse etc which id rwpressed and was making me miserable.
Being unhappy with ur life makes U focus on it
I always wished I could if given birth to a child but as a boy and never with a girl who wanted to start a family it took till inwas 30. Love, being in love and children are the only forces stronger. If U have no faith in religion. I have found comfort in buddism and eastern religions. I didn't find Thailand spirtual really and am planning to see a guru in India one day aoon

I had a chest x-ray 2 weeks ago. 4 days after a get a call from the doctors receptionist telling me the doctor wants to see me asap! Now after 35 years of smoking and chest pains THAT is the phone call to make one "Man Up" but quickly. I took the call whilst driving and had to pull over to compose my self. I'd already half convinced myself that my card waz marked anyway. I'm not out of the woods yet. You're young and healthy..get a grip if'n you can.

But darling, death is beautiful, death is a new chapter, a new beginning. It certainly is not the end. Oh why death fascinates so much..

Haha. Pretentious cliches. Brilliant.

No. Death means you're dead. That's the END. It's when you die. You are getting death mixed up with birth. Or something else.

Daily Horoscope for May 18

Aquarius

Watch out if you're going shopping, because you'll be tempted to splash out on impulse buys. This doesn't matter so much if you're feeling flush, but it could cause problems if you're supposed to be counting every penny. Whatever the state of your finances, you may buy items you don't need and possibly even won't like when you look at them again tomorrow.
