I hope this helps someone, I started taking topamax for my extreme migraine headaches. I was really worried about the side effects that I was reading about online. BUT I decided that I would trust my dr. and take the med. Thank God I did. I feel Great! NO side effects! My headaches have drasticaly lessened. I have been on the medicine for about a month now. I only need to take 50 mg. of topamax, 50 mg that originally expected. So for those out there who are worried, for some of us it really is a life savor. I couldnt take care of my son or function. Now i can live my life and not worry from day to day how I will go to work because I have a headache!

I have been taking topirmate 25mg for a week getting ready to start the 50mg I had the fogginess for the first couple days only had 1 headache though which i usually get 4 a week so that outweighed that Defiantly takes away the appetite I don't mind that much either wouldn't mind loosing 10 lbs. So far so good would recommend it.
