I buy this online from 1drugstore-online.com , Sriprasit Pharmacies out of the country. Is anyone using this and how would you rate it?
I use body energy to determine what I need and the dosage but I upped my intake a few days ago to 6 grains a day and feel no difference. Tired at 3 pm and need a nap, hair has thinned out a lot in the past couple months but I went on Nutri-System in Nov and Dec. and it's high in soy so that may be the reason for the hair loss. Don't lose weight, have been eating everything...especially carbs...especially in the evening. Comments? Advice? Thanks. |

be careful of your soy intake and do your research on fermented soy vs. unfermented soy. very important! unfermented soy acts as estrogen in the body.

One more thing about soy and thyroid, it lowers thyroid hormones all by itself too.

can you describe what one of those pills looks like front and back?
|
||||

can you describe what the markings look like on your pill and the color?
|

can you describe the pill...whats on the front and back exactly and what color it is? |

I switched from chemical T4 and T3 mix to thyroid-s from the same lab.
It has only been 10 days so far, but it seems that changes things for good. As I've been on chemical hormones for 2 years, without being able to find a dose that would make me feel right, I'll check on the long term if natural hormones can help. For the "pills", in fact they are round, very small, light brown in color like coffe and milk mix. |

Does thyroid S from sriprasit require a prescription?
|
||||
NO, it is from Tawain |

I just went to 1drugstore-online.com . I looked up Armour thyroid and the picture of the bottle's label has thyroid misspelled as "thiroyd".
Does it give you any pause ordering from sites like this that you might be getting pills made of Drano, considering they can't even spell the name of the drugs they sell? |

On further investigation it appears "Thiroyd" is Armour's generic brand. Sorry.

It is not from Taiwan. It is from Thailand where I get a bottle of 1,000 tabs for USD$15.00 |

I don't know what you are taking, I was not aware of a generic Armour, although I may be wrong. Brand name seems pretty cheap to me so I'm not sure why go generic. 6 grains seems like a high dose but I guess it depends on your diagnosis. Since you are self treating I'm not sure what to say, although I know you should be very careful about what you're doing because it could be dangerous for you. Also, adrenals must be evaluated and possibly treated before starting thyroid treatment of any kind as it could be dangerous to your health.

On some of the thyroid advocate sites such as Stop The Thyroid Madness, you can find helpful info regarding upping your dose of armour without getting the benefits.
One of the reasons can be low ferritin, the other, low cortisol. You need to get these tested and corrected first before you can effectively raise your dose of Armour. Many have also talked about the Thyroid S in the yahoo group and seem to be getting good results. |

Here I am again. No money, down to a week supply of synthroid and what I need is to see a very expensive doctor to get Armour Thyroid! Of course, I can only get what I need after I get a blood test that has to be done at rediculous cost.
When will this country allow home testing at an affordable cost? |

My husband has been sick for years. We're sure he's hypothyroid, we've very limited resources also, and we spend a lot of time researching. I thought you would like to know how we are planning to get tests. https://thyroid-info.mymedlab.com/offers/292 or http://www.virginiahopkinstestkits.com/thyroi... |

Hi Joe, I would also like to know where (online website) paid US$15.00 for 1000 tabs of Thyroid-S. I purchased the same amount and it cost me over US$100. I like how they seem to be working for me and would love to be able to purchase at such a great rate. Please respond! |
