Hello everybody.

I have been taking Seroquel for 15 months (300 mg a day recently, a bit more at the beginning).

I would like to know how much time could I continue taking it without important adiction or side effects happening.

I am diagnosed with schizophrenia and I don't see my doctor removing the medication anytime soon, hence my worries and therefore my question.

Regards.

As far as I can tell it builds up like plastic in your body and is very hard to get rid of. I took only 50mg a day for 5 years. I've been off it for l l/2 years and still feel very stiff. Have a lot of pain. I wouldn't advise taking it for any length of time. Take care. Brandy.

Hi, Brandy.

Thank you for your advice, although I will do what my doctor tells me. I think that's the responsible way to act since I need the medication for my illness.

What parts of your body do you feel stiff? When did that pain you mention start? I don't feel stiff and I don't have pain, maybe those side effects don't affect everyone.

Usually there is a pattern, such as weight gain in the first 11 weeks, which increases the risk of diabetes. I became very lethargic and inactive on the drug and it soon became an antidepressant. Have you aunt take blood sugars just in case.

Daily Horoscope for December 9

Sagittarius

Watch out. Your mind is working overtime in full analytical mode, but you may be leaping to unfounded conclusions and reading too much into situations. The result of all this is that you might start to suspect someone's honesty or loyalty, and wonder what exactly they're up to. Don't accuse them of anything awful just yet because it may turn out that you were totally wrong about them.
