Here refers to a Jonathan Whitworth in Hartlepool who assaulted somebody. I am going to contact the court, and put in a freedom of information request in regards to the case, to see if I can pull any details

I seriously doubt you can get him put in jail for such minor fraud.

Also, who is to say that IS him? He has been seen to post from Brighton, London AND Hartlepool.

I have emailed Magistrates and Crown court service for more information on him/ the court case and we will see if that helps.

im not saying that particular guy is him but with this many of us being scammed and having his ip address and he has actually picked the money up with corresponding emails its a no brainer ...ecspecially if he has fraud or any criminal activity in the past...he is a dead duck
