First I eat. THen I take 5 mg of ritalin. Today I mixed with two 5 mg valium. Does anyone become angry or irritable from ritalin? I feel like I am in a trance at times and very sad.

when i was first diagnosed with adhd i was put on ritalin. hated it. i got headaches, was tired & moody. my doc switched me to adderall 20mg twice a day. sooo much better. i am focused and get stuff done. talk to ur doc about it.

thank you for your help. I am much worse off then i was when i asked the question. I can barely reply to your answer. I am so weak and depressed and nothing works. I stopped the ritalin
