Lost Confused

I just received a 6 month naltrexone implant for my heroin addiction (2 years everyday)...
I am feeling well, and the implant has kept me from relapsing, but everyday I feel like testing it.
And I find myself low on energy, and hard to deal with small things everyday.
IS this a result of quitting heroin, or naltrexone? Or both..
Ive been prescribed Xanax, but i hear that's not good for you either.
Can anyone help me out with support.
