Im 22.Losing my hair is a real problem to me,and i want to reduce it as much as possible.
So i started taking Finasteride propecia.Ive been taking 1mg tablets for about 40 days now.I'm having the following problems...

-I'm losing more hair than before
-I've noticed little bumps on my forehead, and my skin is a bit oily at times
-Not sure if my libido is affected yet
-I keep feeling REALLY up & down lately. One day i'll be fine, the next i'll be really depressed

Does anybody know about these symptoms, and whether they will pass?
The main one is the increased hair loss,as i dont know if this is a sign of it working 1st?

PLEASE HELP!!!

Thanks

I just happened to see this, I am using the 30% minoxidil cream once a day for example. I started using the 2% back in 1997, than went to 5% few months later, then went to 10% in 1998 and worked my way up (12.5%, to 15%, to 20% to 25%) to 30% in late 1999. I have been using 30% minoxidil cream ever since plus 1mg of Proscar a day. I am not trying to sell you something but I tried the stronger stuff as the stronger the monixidil the better the hair came back. I have no heart problems or any health issues, went to my doctor and a couple of others. No issue but I am only telling you what I used. I used Dr. Lee's formula from minoxidil.com and Community Drug which is now Murray Avenue Rx. Listen whatever works for you or word of mouth. I happened to review some people talking about the 25% and 30% on minoxidil on regrowth.com forum back in 1999 and I went for it. I used to use the stuff twice a day but then went to once a day. I recommend working on the stengths up the ladder menthod, so you know if they work or not. I wouldn't recommend going to 5% to 30%, you go on once stength solution for 4 to 5 months each time and move up the ladder to see if they work as you go up on strengths. Like 5% try 5 to 7 months, then 10% 4 to 6 months, then 12.5% or 15% to 4 to 6 months, then 20% 4 to 6 months, then 25% to 4 to 6 months then to 30%. If you grow enough hair on the 20% or whatever, then there is no need to go stronger in my opinion. Anyway you can order the stuff if you want from murrayavenuerx.com and also minoxidil.com

These are the links if you want to see their stronger minoxidil solutions

Various studies have been conducted to check the working of the Finasteride in comparison to other hair loss treatments. These studies proved that Finasteride is the most result oriented treatment of the hair loss. Whoever has used it is satisfied with the results. For the old men it is advised to consult the doctor before using this medication. This medication is strictly meant for the use of the men only. Women and teenagers are prohibited from using the Finasteride pills. Special precaution should be taken by the pregnant women because if they come in contact even minutely with the Finasteride then it effects the growth of the fetus. With few care, bald men can use Finasteride and get back the thick and dense hairs.

Daily Horoscope for January 2

Pisces

Do not overspend on redecorating. Say as little as possible and concentrate on matters in hand. Someone you care about will be erratic and eager to pick a fight. To move that great idea, you need to talk to the big spenders. Run the idea by them and see if you cannot get a backer and a partner for your concept.
