Veins are enlarging in hands and ankles and feet.
Looks like veins are breaking and enlarging.
Has anyone else experienced these types of symptoms?

I have a rather nasty case of poison ivy. My doctor has prescribed prednisone, 10 g, 2 pills aday for 10 days, then 1 pill for 5days and finally 1/2 pill until all 30 pills are taken. Although my poison ivy is nasty, given the possible side effects is this over kill.
