Combination could cause smelly urine

My urine or vagina also have a strong oder. I do not have any infections, so what could be causing this? I take ativan, atentolol, paxil, simistation and a multi vitimin , coq 10 and omega 3 fish oil, oh and one more L-Lysine. Please reply doctor.
