Thank you FOP. I hope people will now see that when they were sitting back judging me because of what Dee said they will see that Dee really did not have a whole bunch of friends defending her she had her own little thing going on. I am sure I said things I shouldn't have said and I tried over and over again to apologize but it was never enough. I am no angel but, I still really don't think I deserved everything Dee, Beeber and snorkel dished out.Thank you gain for letting people know I did not send that letter. You could have just kept accussing me of it and left it hanging over my head. Thank you for not doing that.

I do not have AOL in my area. The only way to get it is to call long distance which I do not have on my home phone. I am very worried that someone may be using my computer to connect to sol somehow. Is this possible? Or is the topix ip locator thing just going hay wire?

Let's change the subject for them. I started journaling what I eat today - quite a rude awakening - all of the stuff snacked on during a day.

I have some good info on things to eat to help your body get rid of the pounds. I have started a forum that has some of the info on it. I haven't opened it yet I was to scared to because of all the mess here. But, if you get a chance you can come check it out anytime maybe even help me keep the bad ones out!! When I get it finished I will let you know and you can see what you think before I open it up!Its nothing special just a place to get alittle help on what foods help different parts of the body work better. If you decide to check it out I will give you the address when I am almost done.We are gonna all need something if we can't find the phen anymore!

Hi Shandy thats a great idea! Please let me know when your site is ready. I have no idea were to get cheap ph*n from and it looks like i am going to have to lose weight the old fashion way! Any ideas on ways to lose weight would be fantastic.

Oh I started a journal today too on eating. I can't beleive how much extra I eat that I had no clue of! Hopefully this journal will help me slow down.

Hi thanks for the message - I have never taken appetite suppressants before and was worried - but have been on for a week now and feel fine. Am thirsty - but that is good, I could do with drinking more water anyway and i was weighed for the first time on saturday and lost 8lbs in my first week - Yeeha!
