Heres how it works when you try to do business in syracuse. Ya email him he emails you to call him. at an obvious prepaid cell number, he may hook ya on two numbers before its over. He will seem very passive. Makes you do the wanting.. He knows you want it and he just needs to remain calm and passive. He may call ya a couple of times but he won't be direct. He'll be more like what do you want to do. He can do moneygram or western union and fedex overnight inside coffee or somethin of your choice. Soon as he gets the money he will email you the tracking number. He will seem busy and tell ya lots about his family and kids and his bad back pain problem. Then he'll email you the question and security answer for the transaction. Once he gets your money he won't answer emails or phone calls and you will not get a package. DO NOT BUY SYRACUSE NY
