pass drug test

how can a person pass a drug test who snorted oc's? someone said tht if you snort it thn it comes up as morphine sulfate

No it doesnt. It is oxy and if you test within 24 hours you will be busted.

If you don't test within the next 24 hours, you should be golden. As long as you are not a chronic abuser.

If you are a chronic abuser you may as well just quit using or go in and ask for help and get treatment then they cannot fire you.(At least at most places they have to provide you with treatment and save your job because you asked for help)

I don't know of too many ways that actually work to get the stuff out that really work. Someone might be able to help you but I have seen 2 people at my last job get treatment and become very succesful because of the treatment not getting busted but telling on themselves prior to the tests.

Best of luck, how ever you go about this deal.

I did read somewhere on the internet that if you drink a "metric boat-load" of water prior to the test that it is possible to dilute the urine enough to convolute the results and possibly just get a bad result but not pass. Just get a bad test. Not positive not negative.

not sure where that other guy got his info but u are right it does come up as morphine sulfate/herion/opium depending on the quality and type of test. no test just says its oc! that stupid. cant fake it either if ur chronic user. good luck man

There you go, there is a test just for oxy. Not OC but the parent med in OC = oxycodone. Yes they have test that check for oxycodone not just Morphine Sulphate and why someone would tell you that oxy metabolizes into morphine I don't know. I will look for confirmation of this info before I say it is total bunk because I have been wrong more than once.

A standard opiate test will cannot determine whether someone used oxy unless there is heavy or chronic use. The reason for this is that oxy is just harder to detect in urine unless it is highly concentrated. However, there are specific tests that have a higher sensitivity that can determine the presence of oxy as well as other opiates. Recently, I tested positive specifically for oxy. I used a relatively small smount of oxy, around 80 mg and no other opiates a day prior to the test. One way to know whether or not your urine is being tested specifically for oxy, rather than just general opiates, is to find out if it is being sent off to a lab or not. An in-house test will usually just test for general opiates. However, if the test is sent off to a lab, they may do an oxy test as well, especially if oxy use is suspected.

So if one can assume that within 24 hours of OC use a drug test will come up positive. Is this true of it's "sister" drug Roxi's?(I'm not sure if it's called Roxicet or Roxicodone). Also, are Roxi's synthetic opiates as well?

Oxycontin and Roxicodone are the same drug,Oxycodone the difference is Oxycontin is time released and Roxicodone is not. Roxicet is Oxycodone with tylenol. Roxi's or Oxycodone is a semi synthetic a pure synthetic is Fentanyl.

I am trying to find a drug test that I can buy at a store that oxycontin or any opiate will show up on. I don't want to buy it online because I need to be able to buy one and have it available whenever I need to. Thanks!

all semi synthetic opiates show the same on a test, that includes percoset,vicodin,morphine oxycontin and all.... the full synthetics do not show as opiates unless the test is aiming for that (5 panel or higher exam) any basic drug screen(employment,probation/pa role) will be 5panel test, regardless of urine, hair follicle or what ever... they all show the same (as opiates / heroine) if its job related, and you have a script, its ok, cannot be held against you, aside from ins issues (mechanical equiptment/ company vehicle) in those cases, they can find reason to avoid hiring due to added risks... but usually its ok... as for probation or along those lines, its all the same w/o a script, its a dirty test, failed regardless of the opiate... they all show the same way... duragesic patch (fentanyl) does not appear on these tests... methadone down to darvocet all show up the same...(opiates/opoids-HEROINE ) all bullshit!!!! a lab would have to take your specimen and break it down further to determine wether its oxycodone/oxycontin, even that test cannot seperate tylox and percoset from this test sample, they would test for tylenol once thats excluded they know its straight oxycodone, so basically if your on oxy and have a script for percoset, eat a couple tylenols daily to screw up the results, however I doubt there looking for oxy in that sense, hydrocodone is the most abused prescription medication in the usa(including vicodin,norco,lortab,lorcet and a host of others thats what they are searching for.....(a straight test wont show that!)

Derby,well, i saw the paperwork there were 6 boxes of medication catorgories; amphetamines, opiates, thc and 3 others that i cant think of right now. It was an on-site test; when she came out after testing mine, she put a check mark in the "opiates" box nd dismussed me from class very rudely. this all for a cashier job at a dollar store.....lamo!!!

thats what im saying(all opiates) not an "oxy test" but that is the catagory"opiates" and wether you sniff oxycontin 80s or you popped a vicodin 2days ago for a toothache its the same... ya have a script for any opiate and its resolved.... they dismissed ya cause you didnt state you have a drs script for it!!! that is unusual for a position, they are supposed to go through a test site that takes your sample, sends it out for testing elsewhere and the results are forwarded to the employer.... its rare that the specimen location does the test on site and usually they dont discuss anything w/ you, its done after so you can explain that your on something from a dr.... also to prevent discrimination, bcus the person collecting the specimin can get a bad impression of you and be biased and fail ya, a 3rd party that never saw/met you usually tests the specimin....alot of things show as positive for opiates falsly (poppy seed bagels) and a host of others....

But i did tell them (the manager at interview, the speciman collector, and the asst mgr)about the rx. that is y im soooo ercked about it.
