why would ppl shoot up methadone? it is not going to give you anymore of a rush then if you swallowed it.

You can shoot methadone, but its not recommended at all. From what I've heard from people with experience, all it does is makes it kick in faster. There is no rush at all, its not really any better. It just kicks in within minutes instead of hours. Methadone pills are generally huge, and with only 10mg of active ingredient in them, you have to filter out about 99% of the pill to get that small amount of methadone. Methadone is pretty much best used orally. Don't try to snort it either, I did that once and will never do it again. I would give you instructions if there was a good way to do this, but there really isn't. Just take it orally.

Yeah I figured because Methadone does not produce any sort of a rush at all not matter how its administered.

Im glad I never shot up...everybody says once you do, its so hard to stop, thats one of the reasons I never have done it, that and I dont do drugs. The only medicines I have been prescribed are best taken orally, Im happy with it the way it is.

Yes, methadone can be administered intravenously and it can be done the same way that any other medication is administered via this route.

ok look you guys i do it every day lets say you have 5 meth pills take about 6or 7 cc,s of water put it in a cup put the pills in the cup with the water let the pills turn into milky substance then take a nother cup and put a coffee filter in the cup and pore the liquid into the filter like coffee and let it draid and sqeece thae water/methadone into that cup and dont sqeece it to hard you will more than likely rip the filter if you do you DO NOT want that ripped and then pull the liquid into a 10 cc suringe and for all you that said you dont get a rush they are liers

All of those who claim that Meth won't provide a rush, that it takes 'minutes' to kick in etc. have one thing in common. They have not tried it or have done it improperly. Shooting liquid meth is as good as smack. Period. I would follow the method outlined by punnz for pills. While not especially eloquent, he is accurate.

I am thinking of trying this too. I hava one 10mg pill and then i have a bunch of 25 mg pills, plus juice, but i don't think my veins will like tang!!

Anyway, I am a morphine addict and when I get morph pills i crush 'em up and cook 'em in water then use a filter to suck it into my 1cc short (i'm canadian). Is this not how i about slammin' the methadone? do i really have to go through all the trouble of dissolving them in water and straining it through a cofffee filter? it seems like a lot more work this way. will it still work if i do it the conventional way (cook it in the spoon).

Lastly, i am prescribed 25 mg/day (which was just dropped from 30 mg) so, how much should i slam?

You can totally shoot methadone, and you don't even need to cook it in the spoon, just use a filter (duh). I've been banging the 10s for a few weeks now and I haven't had any negative repercussions. I love how people will tell you (especially in caps) no, no, no, no and then you start noticing that the post sounds dumb as shit all over and not to listen to them. These people have no experience and are basically just killjoys. Eff them and bang that shit
