I too am a victim of the defective Mallinckrodt Oxycodone, and as a web marketing professional, I have a plan for taking legal action against the company.
Join the activist organizing web site, http://www.thepoint.com/campaigns/mallinckrod... , where I have begun a campaign. It works.
Though a novice at FaceBook (I delegate that at my firm), I’ve created a FaceBook page for this issue at http://www.facebook.com/profile.php... . Please friend it. I’ve tried to change the name of the group to something more descriptive, but so far no luck.
Sign-up for the Diigo.com group,“Mallinckrodt Oxycodone Class Action Suit,” at http://groups.diigo.com/group/mallinckrodt-ox... , and bookmark any web pages, forum talks, etc. relevant to the case.
We need someone who has the time (and OK organizational and web skills) to organize this group. I’m just too busy. Perhaps someone among us has more free time. Please indicate your interest to lead the group by posting at the above FaceBook, or emailing me at personal4robl@hotmail.com.
As we make progress in this case, expect Mallinckrodt to arrange fake posts against this movement.
Please be as honest and accurate as possible in recording your stories, so that the future opposing lawyers won’t have ammunition against us.
Thank you for your help, and I wish you the best of (pain-free) health.

Sooner or later you will get a defective batch of Mallinkrodts. I did recently and had to report it to the FDA. The 15's I have now, even though script is written 1 every 4 to 6 hours, are only lasting about three! I'm tire of the inconsistancy of these. Must find a good name brand.

I live in the South Jersey/Philly area and I went to my Doctor today and got my monthly script of 30mg Oxycodone and now I can't get it filled anywhere. I drove around for 4 hours going to every pharmacy along the way. Nobody has them in stock and even said that they are not expecting to get them anytime soon. They all said that they are on back order. One lady even told me that the manufacturer was having some sort of problems, but didn't elaborate. I get these every 30 days for a few years now and have never had a problem getting them filled, I tried CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens, and every other place, even little mom & pop type pharms and they are all out of them. Has any else run into this problem ? What are my options ? The only thing I can think of is to go back to the Doctor and explain what happened and perhaps they will write me a script for something similar, but what would be similar to 30 mg Oxycodone. I know about 40mg oxycontins BUT I can't afford them because I don't have insurance. I usually pay around $200 to $250 dollars for 120 of the 30 mg oxycodone. Any ideas, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Yo man come up my way in North Jersey and get them filled. I get themm all the time!! I did have that problem but it's only at Wallgreens, CVS, and Rite Aid!! I know plenty of places that have Millions of them man.

Activis is the best and cleanest to snort as two other bluer brand leave a lot of blue residue in my snot holes. They make me sleepy all the time like the guy above about a foot or so.

ABG was made by Watson, subcontracted from Purdue. The only generic available during a time when patent rights were upheld in favor of Purdue for time release oxycodone.

Daily Horoscope for December 21

Libra

You've been quite a gadabout in recent weeks, but as the Sun enters Capricorn at the Solstice, you start to yearn for the comforts of home. You might even be tempted to cancel some forthcoming social events, so you can flop on your sofa and catch your breath. Sentimental thoughts could steal over you in coming weeks, making you think about some of the people you used to know and love.
