is oxycodone 40mg the same as oxycontin 40 mg

i love takin oxycontin.. but am not prescribed to them.. i am prescribed to percocet 10 mgs... i was in a four wheeler accident and have severe lower back pain.. when i tell my doctor they dont seem to be working as well he never ups my dosage.. how do i get at least oxycontin 20 mgs?? buying them off the streets is just to expensive!

can someone help me??? My brother unfortunately died of a tradgedy last month. He drowned. We recently got the ME report back and it stated that there was 139 NG of oxycodone in his blood. Is this a high concentrate?? does this mean that he was abusing the drug?? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear about your tragedy. You would just like to try to know more before the authorities explain it to you? 139 "N"G? Don't know what this concentration would mean, so if NG is correct, sorry I wasted your time. Did you even know he was using oxycodone at all. Was he doing other stuff? Do you think it really had nothing to do with how he drowned? Were you even there? Of course, you don't have to answer anything if you don't want. I feel intrusive. Just trying to get a better understanding. 139"mg" as an estimate of what was in his entire system is definitely enough to make you fall asleep even if you take regular prescribed doses, except perhaps some of the highest ones. I can speculate much more, but that's all it would be. Sorry.

If this was your brother you should be able to get the toxicology report, and not only can you get it, you can speak on the phone to the medical examiner and they will explain to you what certain things mean. That's your best bet, don't you think? Then you will have facts and he/she can explain your unresolved thoughts. I wish you much luck and love

I have been taking perks for 3 yrs . now i hurt so bad when i dont have them . but i really hate the way oxycontin 40 make me feel but will take them when i dont have any. I like the 5/325 mg that say 512 i chew them and they taste the best beside watson 749 and 7.5 932. i wanna quit bad . how ? in the past 3 weeks i have been getting horrible nausea after my last dose of the day which is 3 and a half 5s total in a day 15 too 20 maybe. what scares me is alot of people dont like perks for the reason of nausea ,and i never had that issue until now. my friend says my liver is rejecting the med so that is the reason im getting sick. any advice? im bad but i know people that take 40 a day and 10 pills in one dose and thats just dumb

I have broken my leg and I pop 4 of these 5mg 325 a nite to get through the night. I never have taken these before and it doesn't seem like they do much besides mask the pain of the leg.

Well I just woke up and I'm in pain and my first instinct is to grab these pills and get over this pain but I took ibprophen instead because now I'm worried I'm popping to much of these and I'm going to get addicted... Will be bad if I mix 400 mg ibprophen with 5mg/325?

i just got started on oxycotin 40 mg for severe chronic pain..i have degenerative disc disease and sooner or later my entire spine will be shot..if not for this drug i would not be able to get out of bed..so it aint all bad..just be careful and dont abuse to much or we will be reading about in the paper..godluck all
