No it's not. And anti-virus only works on known viruses. The best way to protect yourself is to only open links from a trusted source. A scammer is not a trusted source. Although I seriously doubt they have the intelligence necessary to make and mask a loaded link.

what's really stupid- in the last month or so, I've only posted about 2 different scams, and have mostly been on side threads where people just talk.

One scam thread, there was a guy jags2000 that accidentally posted his own feedback, and the other us king shocker. Thats it. Every so often a thread like this starts. It's no big deal and just makes the op look bad. I do not think by any means I'm some "god" or the most brilliant person here. I do, however get a laugh from the scammers mistakes.

Really, if I had a quarter for every hate thread, i'd retire. And what is the deal about partying and having kids? I almost always post during early afternoon ( like most kids, mine are in school....it's not like I sit in class with them), I don't have a toddler around. I also post later in the evening, kids have bedtimes you know. Any in between posts are sporadic. Posting is like texting. Only takes a minute.

My kids make straight A's and the op has zero idea about me, my life, or my kids. On an old wendy cruz thread, I made a comment about how it's disgusting and uncalled for to talk about kids, and that as a mother I find it upsetting. Since then, that's the go to insult, since nothing else can be found.

Although it's not neccesary to explain myself, I do anyway so I can highlight the sheer stupidity of the one making accusations.

At least half the forum has kids. I'm not on facebook too much, and come here instead. In this day and age, plenty if people go online throughout the day due to convenience of smart phones. Big deal.

Maybe when the kids get home from school today, instead if having them do their homework, I will simply holds each if their hands and not let them out if sight, constantly tagging along and hovering over them. I'll have them sit in my lap as they do homework (although that would be real awkward with a 6th grader) in place of regular dinner, I will soon feed my kids baby food, and rock them to sleep and give them a pacifier. Then I'll be a great mom! What I'm desperately looking for us validation from strangers on a drug forum that approve of my parenting.(rolling eyes big time)

For christ sake, get a life op, and just because you haven't stopped breast feeding yet doesn't mean that my kids aren't reaching appropriate mile stones. On behalf of a lot if members here, I ask that you change up your insults. It loses quite a but of luster after the 30th time . You have a good day now. I g gotta go get my kids out if school now, it's just bad parenting to let them go to school too much.

I understand that. I've seen thread after thread about her and they usually don't bother me. I guess this one did... She hasn't even been on the boards and I understand these people don't know her personally but I do so it really got on my nerves I guess.

Bed rest just got extended, but I haven't been strictly following it....i have however been excused from work for a week , could be more.....

But I'm ok. Just got back from the ER. Had a big scare due to an inept u/s tech. There is a minor issue, but should pretty much know in the next few days if it is truly "minor" haven't posted much yesterday and today. I am thoroughly exhausted. Gotta get some rest...
