I think it id the other way around with Opana. Taking it orally is a waste only like 11% bioavailibility where as closer to 70-80 nasally.

10mg of opana is equal to an oc80?...really dude. get your facts straight. oxycodone is roughly half the power of oxymorphone. so in retrospect, an opana 40 is somewhat equal to an oc 80.

In my opinion 10mg of oxymorphone is better than 100mg of oxycodone. But this is only true when injected. Snorting or eating opana absolutely sucks. I snorted 10mg and ate 10mg of opana and was still withdrawing. Snorting or eating 20mg of oxycodone will at least get rid of my withdraws, but won't get me high. Oxycodone in my opinion is much better for snorting or eating than opana is, the bioavailability just sucks. But for shooting, opana is the best, I'd much rather shoot 10mg of opana than 100mg of oxycodone.

snorting opana isn't that bad. It's in between oral and iv. Would u rather pop a op oxy, or snort opana.... Ya that's what I thought
