never heard of smoking ramps but i really dont know much about them other then hubby going away for the weekend to hunt them, he has brought them home and transplanted them down in our woods! we will see if they grow this spring!! cant wait till he goes hunting for them again!! ready for a weekend away from him!!! lol ~ my good friend from high school lives in northern tenn now. gray tenn. she's been there since she got out of the navy and married a dude she met there!!

Lol thanks! Yup and the flowers came from my sister in law. She never forgets like clock work on that date the flowers always arrive. They knew me back when I was drinking so they know I'm lucky to be alive lol

I have to tell you that I know personally TWO women that can do this and one use to even race her car on the drag strip and had a 4cyl every year in a dirt track series until she had the stroke. Yes ,lol Becki. She drag raced a 1997 30th anniversary Z-28 Camaro.(I WANT that car so bad!) and a Cherry Red 69 Nova. 468 Big Block,700hp,TCI 350 transmission turbo 350, Ford rear end with a 456 gear! It ran 6.0's and 6.20 in an eighth of a mile. She waz fearless and people always expected a man to be driving it when she got out.(Becki is 5"10) When she took her helmet off and all that blonde hair came tumblin out, it was her hubby that came running to kiss her for winning. She chose what she wanted and built the car with her husbands help but she was as greasy. It blew my mind that she knew what she was talking about.
Mel is the other. My baby can drive circles around most men. I am waiting on the right time to put her behind in a lil chevy or a ford mustang and get Becki's hubby to build it. It'd be awesome if her and beck built it. beck just isn't in the best of health so that will never happen.=/
I know My Mel can handle it. I have seen for myself how she comes in telling me something was broke on one of the cars and as I got ready to go look at it,she smiles and tells me, I already fixed it! I will never put it past a lady to know more than me on cars again. Mel knows her stuff and so does Beck.
Rare exceptions to that rule I guess.
