Swollen armpit and neck pain from nuerontin?

Hello, I just came off lyrica about 4 weeks ago after taking it since it was put on the market for pain. After being off it for 10 days my Dr. put me on neurontin 100 mg 2/day to start. After a week of other side effects I got a swollen armpit and bad neck and upper back back pain, as well as insomnia. I stopped it the next day and it will be the 3rd day today. I could not sleep last night what so ever even taking vallium. My question is has anyone ever heard of swollen glands before from this and if so how long would it take to go away?

Yes, I was surprised by my stiff neck and swollen arm pits. But of course, when you tell the doctor he tells me that these are not symptoms from neurontin. I now have come to believe that there are a number of symptoms from neurontin. It does help but not totally relieve me from nerve pain but I am now struggling with wanting to get off it but then get nerve pains that are intolerable and am afraid to go off it but really want too. The side effects are not worth it. They are dry mouth, swolleness and those described above.
