Dizziness caused by Naproxen

Hi,
I was prescribed Naproxen 500mg for pain twice daily for 10 days. I stopped taking them after developing dizziness, headache and stomach upset. Now, it's been one month since I stopeed taking them but I still feel the dizziness and headache. I visited my GP and he did blood test and found nothing. He asks me to visit a Neurologist. I'm confused. Would naproxen side-effects last that long?
