I was wondering if anyone could help me out with this.
I just started taking Glucophage today. I have PCOS and it's apparently to help with the insulin levels in my system so I can have a higher chance of ovulating. That's great! As well, there's the added benefit of not stuffing food into my face so I will be losing weight. However, I am 25 years old and I do like to drink on occassion. I am not upending a bottle of vodka every weekend but I will have 8-9 drinks when I want to imbibe. I haven't had alocohol in close to 2-3 months and wanted to go out with friends this weekend but my perscription says to stay away from alcohol. So, my question is, to all of you, will I die if I drink? Will my liver fall out? I am not an alcoholic but with Halloween coming up, I'd love to have a drink or a few with friends. If someone could let me know, that'd be great! |
