Metoformin side effects like this?

I just got on this drug due to PCOS. I took my first pill yesterday, and after an hour I started to feel tired and jittery. I haven't taken one today yet (it is about another 2 hours till I do), and I am starting to feel that way again.

Is this just my sugar level all over the place, or something else? I feel like I could instantly fall asleep.

never had that feeling from taking metformin, have been taking it for about 6 months.

Always had the jittery feeling when taking metformin - I believe it's about the sugar level and may be because I was taking it for ovulation!?

Have been having a low grade fever, anyone else have that?

I do, but I diabetic. Its the sugar levels. You need to measure them regularly.
