I want to go off Lexapro, I went to the DR to get a
lower dose script, and for some reason even though I told him I wanted to taper from 10 down to 5 , and then off, he said I should go from 10 a day , to ten every other day , to 10 every few days, to 10 once a week .
This goes against everything single thing I have read about going off Lexapro and any other ssri meds.
Any comments or advice would be appreciated.
