I've been on lexapro for 2 years and my hair is falling like rain. I feel great with lexapro and when I tried to get off it to regain my hair, my depression started to grow again. So in order to avoid my depression coming back again I started taking propecia (finasteride 1mg) in addition to lexapro. Has anyone tried this or anyone knows if this works? Will propecia work along with lexapro or should I quit lexapro and find another SSRI?
