the doctor prescribe levaquin once daily for one week the nurse's gave me levaquin 3 times in one day. Now I have Tendonitis/Frozen Shoulder all the doctor said was I had an adverse reaction to Levaquin.

I started will whole body swelling then numbness and tingling of left arm had ekg was okay- then started getting severe pain in left arm and into shoulder. finally got mri and have frozen shoulder torn rotator cuff with fraying tendons with no indication of prior injury-looks to be spontanious I took cipro once then levaquin twice in a three month period had no idea it was the drugs. I have almost all the side effects I have found on my own docs do seem to have a clue how bad these drugs are. My life has been permanently changed as I have constant agonizing pain. I hope I can save one person from this agony-DO NOT TAKE THIS POISON
