levaquin sleep issues

Hello folks,
I was given levaquin in nov 07 and in august of 08 had severe side effects that levaquin brought on many months later. I went to my er dr and he gave me levaquin again in aug 08 and he falsely diagnosed me with anxiety and then gave me benzos.
I was on the benzos for 3 months, tapered for 5 months and now that i am 3 months off the pills, sleep is still very horrible.
I am tierd at 10 pm, go to bed at 11, lay in bed awake till 4-6 am eachnight. I never had sleep issues in my life till this whole levaquin/benzo issue.
Does anyone know if my sleep will ever return back to normal? This is pur hell and very depressing for me but i refuse to take medicine to sleep, it was hell getting of the benzos as well..
